Due to the piracy conflicts with France, Oman and East Indian British authorities the treaty was signed and imposed again in 1853 and 1892 till the independence of UAE. Before the discovery of oil, the life of the people was dependent on the pearl industry which was rapidly declining by the passing time and fishing was the major source of survival and business.
The regular life of the people before the 1950s was simple and under the higher influence of neighboring countries. Thus, several cities were under disastrous infrastructure. However, after the beginning of the oil era in 1958, the land of the Arab state got a new life and it was the turning point which resulted in a sudden increase in the levels of business and export industries.
